A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

The details,
made clear.

Does the recipient need a ConnectSAW account?

Secure delivery uses a link and a one-time code, so the recipient does not need a staff account.

Can the code be sent by email?

Yes. Secure delivery supports an email code, or an SMS code when configured and an appropriate mobile number is available.

Is ordinary email the same as secure delivery?

No. Secure delivery is a separate choice for sensitive correspondence. Your practice remains responsible for its privacy policies and appropriate use.
